Designing the dc biasing circuit of LNA
you can refer to the transistor's datasheet and its application note which locates in the manufacturer's webaddress. good luck!
Hi,
You should search in the AMW (Applied Microwave and Wireless), MWRF (Microwave and RF), MPD (Microwave Product Digest) RF Design archives.
Some of their webpage contain download section.
Also the chip and transistor manufacturers usually have a bunch of appnotes on their sites.
For example (practical appnote from Infineon):
http://www.infineon.com/cmc_upload/0...AN060_RevG.pdf
And there are a lot of others.
best regards, Al
You can refer attached paper using lumped element as biasing instead of radial stub
you can use ads2003 ,it have guide.
hi AL0117:
AMW'archives are not free...can u share some free app. notes about RF/Microwave power amplifiers ?
thanx alt~~~~~~~~~`
try active bias circuit, it is more stable voltage for temperature change.

- what type of biasing configuration is this transistor using?
- Question about biasing network of simple RF amplifier
- Biasing with parallel (series LC) at input
