Hi to all
Guys, any one of you knows how we can optimize the radial stub bias lines that are used for biasing of the diode. What is the best way of doing that ?

The best way is to use an EM simulator, and tuning the radial stub for wide bandwidth (which is the main reason of using it). Have to check for unwanted resonances vs frequency, which can degrade the performances at those points.
At very high frequencies also have to take in consideration that the diode is a nonlinear element, and some parasitics depends by the bias current, which can affect the stub bandwidth.
it might help us if you bothered to mention WHAT TYPE OF CIRCUIT you were talking about. If you diodes are in your power supply, just put big electrolytic capacitors around them.
