I want to design a VCO in 8-10 GHz band,
Is there any good reference and practical example?

which technology u want to dsign ur oscillator

is it a discreet oscillator with tarnsistor
or it will be an chip "in cmos technology" , or BICMOS

the chapter i mentioned is very usefull for VCO design

but this book oriented in using S parameters design techniquies

for a good VCO design procedure check
