Realize a complete radar project

Hi Everybody,
I have to realize a radar for my studies project.
I want to use Matlab to realize a complete simulation of a Doppler radar and of a correlation radar.
Does anyone has some ideas?
And I want also to develop a correlation function using a DSP TMSC25.
Does anyone knows how to do it?

You frequency modulate a VCO with a triangle wave and transmit it. The received waveform is mixed with a sample of the transmit so the range to target is proportional to IF frequency. They are ideal for measuring received power hence the name scatterometer (a radar calibrated for range and power for measuring scattering coefficient. FMCW is commonly used for altimeters and collision avoidance. They are easy to build compared to pulse systems. Seach google for more info.
