Position Title:          Architecture&Algorithm Engineer, Staff
Job Description (tasks and responsibilities):
He or She will take responsibility for Architecture/Algorithm Design and modeling on Digital Core, IP and Product development which are related to Image Signal Processing(ISP), Video Processing, HDMI and MHL etc in DTV, mobile and other Video/Audio "connectivity" areas. The main responsibilities will include:
. Work with marketing people and R&D engineers on Core/IP/Product Architecture definition and spec preparation;
. Video Processing/ISP algorithm implementation and optimization;
. Hardware and algorithm modeling with matlab and c/c++;
. Work closely with US and local architecture team, R&D team on new standards draft and upgrade;

Job Requirements (education and experience):
..5+ years of experience in hardware architecture and modeling in Image Signal Processing(ISP) with MSEE or PhD;
..Solid Image/Video pre-processing and post-processing experience: color correction, gamm  correction,  linear/non-linear de-noise, motion estimation, edge enhancement, FFT and FIR;
..Strong background of ISP algorithm (AWB, AE, AF etc), knowledge of Image sensor working mechanism, image quality analysis and improvement;
..Knowledge in Video codec standards and algorithms such as JPEG, MPEG4, H.264;
. Familiar with C/C++/matlab modeling;
. Experience of RTL implementation, FPGA porting/optimization is preferred;
. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese;
. Hardworking, self-motivated, good team player;
