SFDR&IM free DR&integral linearity

Now I read some paper about the analog optic link, but I am not very clear about following concepts:

SFDR:Spurious free dynamic range
IM FREE DR: intermodulation free dynamic range
integral linearity

Could someone kindly give me some guide? Thanks in advance!
