inductor optimization

I use command "sweep"in asitic to optimize a spiral inductor ,
but asitic indicated that "Error:coordinate out of range. Error:Errors while attempting to generate subcontacts."
In my technology file, dimension of chip in either direction is 512 and fft size is
also 512 ,while my radius of inductor is only 142um. so Can anyone help me figure out ?
Any suggestion will be appreciated!

Bye the way, I'm also doing a design which involve the spiral inducor to extend the bandwidth but i haven't gone through the ASITIC design. So, this post will benefit me as well.
