LNA cannot work! Help!!

We used JAZZ SBC18 process to implement our LNA chip recently. However, the measurement of fabricated chips meets some problem. The LNA chip need offchip matching for RF measurement. But the DC path is isolated from RF ports by on-chip capacitors. We didn't design on-chip bias network, in stead we supply DC voltages to the gate biases directly from outside DC supplies. However, while we connect all the DC biases to the LNA, we cannot see any DC current drawn, even the simulation shows positive result and DRC&LVS passed without any problem. Have you heard about this problem before? We would appreciate any of your help regarding this problem.
