Do I need to add matching to I/O of LNA ,mixer and PA of hittite and minicircuits?
Look at the data sheets. Most of these products are wide band and are designed to have 50 ohm inputs and work into 50 ohm loads.
All the Hittite and Minicircuits PAs that are now in production are internally matched and do not need external match.
where can I find detailed datasheet on minicircuit components,some of them doe not give any info about I/O impedance.
at minisicrcuits webpage they do have datasheets for all their products, if is internally matched which is mostly the case it will say so. Complete PA or mixer or LNA modules usually are matched to 50ohms. Usually at the top of minicircuits datsheets u will see a note for a 50ohm system. Just go at their webpage search for your produt and will give u the datasheet.
use the smith tool to do the matched network is the simplest way to do the matched network
is there any software for doing this?
