How to make RF modules at home?

Is it possible to make RF modules at home. Can any one suggest me in this direction. Any link etc

I think that it isn' t simple to build RF module in the home. You need some instruments for soldering, building boxes, testing that may be expensive for you. If you are a rich man you can buy them.

Thank Mr. No one for reply. Instead of purchasing all those stuff for making RF module I will prefer purchasing ready made RF module.
