HI
IM DESIGNING RF SINGLE BALANCED MIXER CAN ANYONE PLZ HELP ME HERE IM NOT GETTING REQUIRED IF. WITH MY RF 2.4GHZ AND LO IS 2.3gHZ THEN MY IF SHOULD BE 1MhZ.
WHERE DID I MISTAKE .

Hi,
1st. switch off caps lock. Capital letters are equivalent with shouting on this forum.
2nd. You connected together the diff. pair gates (M0 and M2). It is not a mixer.
3rd. 2.4GHz -2.3GHz = 100MHz. Not 1MHz.

frankrose
modified it but still i'm getting same thing (output is of IF is 2.4GHz instead of 100M)
will you plz suggest me any modification in circuit.

In single balanced mixers the output contain one of the input signal. This is normal operation.
How did you set PORT0,1,2?
How much is the operating current?

in single balanced mixer three input RF and IF+ and IF-
tail transistor current is 906uA with 0.7 v and input transistor is 453uA and 0.9v

PORT1 and PORT3 are in-phase signals? Use differential signal to control M0 and M2. And why do you use different power level to control the gates? Do you know what are you doing?
Show the differential output IF signal (substract the drain voltages), please.
Not talkative if you show unknown net names, I have no idea which is net10 for example.
