Need help in designing. [Sonnet]

Hi, what is the suggested L and W if i wan to us 2.2Ghz simple patch for antenna? how does L and W varies if frequency increase? for example if freq = 2.4 ghz, what is the L and W also?
i need freq =2.2 Ghz, 2.4Ghz and 2.6Ghz for experiment.
anyone using Sonnet? can attach the file to me? i heard from ppl that Sonnet can determine L and W by analysing the respond, to determine the best L and W for the patch at specify frequency. i am just designing a simple patch, anyone can help to provide me with L and W? need help urgently.
