How can I get sprial inductor value in spectre simulation?

Hello

I want to simulate sprial inductor using spectre. any other paramters was simulated in spectre (Q-factor, Rs). But I can't get spiral inductor value (Ls) in spectre.
equation is Z=jwLs ----> Ls = imag(1/yp(port0, port0))/(frequency).
But I don't know what frequency variable is in spectre.(temp -> temp but freqeuncy -> freq (x))

I always use something like xval(imag(Z1())). Using xval() on frequency depending parameters gives you frequency (over frequency)
