Hallo,
well, the plane wave is known as the easiest solution of the maxwell equations
for the dielectric space.
Any wave propagation is based on the fact, that a time varying electric field produces a time varying magnetic field (through displacement current) and the time varying magnetic fild induces a time varying electric field.
I cant find this idea in the plane wave situation, where E is orthogonal to H and there are no components in propagation direction.
Could anybody please give me some explanation, how this mutual changement
can be understand with plane wave propagation.

Plane wave means you've E & H component orthogonal to each other and both components are propgating in space in the prpgation direction with certain propgation phase , and E , H components are varying by time and space
