Looking for VCO at 3.4 Ghz and tuning sensitivity of 1Mhz/V or less
and it should operate around 3.4GHz
can anyone guide me ...where i can obtain such a VCO ?
Such a low tuning rate implies a very stable resonator, something like a ceramic resonator.
You could try Z-Comm they have some Ceramic resonator VCOs that have tuning rates of a few MHz per volt.
I doubt you will find an 'off the shelf' design from anyone.

thanks peter!
my problem is i want it to be to be very stable !
thats what the low tuning senstivity is for (1Mhz/V)
and i want it to cosume as little power as possible ( around 10-20mW or even less)
which manufactures can do this for me ?
custom made design ?

HI Ashutosh
Z-Comm will do custom designs but I expect that they will want good volumes for it.
If size is not too much of a problem you could probably find a Dielectric resonator oscillator manufacturer that has a design in the right range with electrical tuning.
It will quite a size as the puck and cavity will I guess be about 25mm square.
A search for DRO, or deilectric resonator ( or resonance ) oscillator will come up with a number of manufactures.
