Need help for RF model QA

Hi,
I am a modeling engineer in foundary and my routine job is to provide the model card to design house. Recently I was involved in RF modeling and some questions really confused me.
When we finish the RF modeling, we can obtain several items from s-parameter curves to check the model accuracy and validity, like MAG/MSG, fmax, ft...etc. I don't know which items are the most important for a successful RF design and I don't know how to determine the spec. for model quality assurance even if I knew the key items. Is any industry stansard available for reference? I wish I can deliver the more quality modelcard to customer and if any, it will be very appreciate for your kindly help.
