singled to differential LNA

what is it you need ,,could you be precise ?

I guess you need a lna with single port input and diff port output ,I suggest you add a diff amplifer with one input port conneted to RF gound after the lna,this diff amp acts like a active balun, if nessarry you may also dd some compensation RC network which complicates the design.

one solution is the one from younchen: connecting your single-ended output to a differential amplifier with one input connected to RF ground. the second solution is to use a transformer.
