can anyone guide me how i can simulate the CPWG using ADS momentum, coz for CPW the port setting is different from the microstrip transmission line.

you should use from diffrential ports

anyone know how to determine the width of the 2 ground plane of the CPWG

Dear Spide,

I'm using single-ended ports at edge of the center conductor together with ground reference ports at the two ground planes. The use of single-ended ports is in my experience much more accurate than internal ports.
