ads cpwg momentum

I simulate CPWG structure both in ADS momentum and HFSS from 30 to 40 GHz,
But i found that the simulation result is quite different.
Does anyone meet the same problem before?
Which software is more precise in this frequency range?

What is port type in ADS momentum. For CPWG structure you should use 'coplanar port'
