does anyone know the crest factor for Galileo BOC(1,1) and GPS BPSK?

From one point of view both modulations have constant amplitude envelope. On the other hand the signals are somehow noisy, and a crest factor of gaussian noise is around 12dB. Anyone has any ideas?
