I found ADF4360 (Analog devices) and Si4133 (Silicon Laboratories) ICs that integrated PLL+VCO in one chip, but we should use external INDUCTANCE for setting VCO center FREQUENCY.
In frequencies 1-2GHZ this inductor is very small and we should implement in PCB.
I am not sure about their F stability and quality,do you have experience with these ICs? Are they reliable as they claim?

I have used the ADF4360 series. They work as advertised. I beleive they do course tuning by switching internal VCO capacitance so you can't reliably plot a tuning curve with them. You will also have to mess with some register settings to get best spur performance, as they do have some low-level spurs that are not shown on the data sheet. Good part though and have wider tuning bandwidth than the SiLabs parts.
did u used them at 1600MHZ?
Are they reliable and stable in frequency like as other implementations with discrete VCO PLL modules?
Yes, phase noise is about -80 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz when run from an surface mount TCXO.
