how to calculate bondwire resistor

Dear all :
I need to bondwire for matching LNA input.
But I don't know how to calculate bondwire resistor.
Somebody can tell me how to do ?

Contact your package provider, confirm the bonding wire type, e.g. the Au wire. Get the information of the length,cross section area and the resistivity. You can easyly get the resistor.

In microwaves, the most used metal is Gold, while Aluminum is widely used in digital and lower freq.
Au and Al have very similar resistivity.
Wire and ribbon diameters spans from 17 to 100 microns, but the most used is 25 microns.
Of course skin effect is strong, and may be calculated easy without expensive cad/cae.
But the dominant effect is inductive rather than resistive.
