How to build a Bluetooth(BlueCore3 series) IC?

Hi folks,

I got a project to use bluetooth (BT) to link with or control consumer electronic devices (e.g Turn on/off light, TV, ............at home).
I did a research that most of bluetooth (BT) IC is coming from CSR.
Any one tell me that more information about to build a bluetooth (BT) module

My previous design is

ANT<----927MHz RF-Tx module<----GPIO---->MCU
ANT---->927MHz RF-Rx module<----GPIO----->MCU
I only need to control (Enable, Data) of RF-Tx module so that data will be sending out as RF signal and vice versa for RF-Rx module.

My new design is

ANT<----class 1 Bluetooth module <----UART----> MCU
I think it is easy to drive a MCU send out data to a BT module via UART interface
But how can I drive BT module, do we need to write a physical layer on BT mdoule in order to drive it on both transmit and receive?
