How to set up PML boundary for a dielectric in HFSS

Hi,
I am trying to do a simple simulation in HFSS v10. In the simulation, a plane wave is incident in air(half space) and propagates into a dielectric (half space as well). PML bondaries are needed on both air and dielectric sides. I created the PML boundary automatically but the scattered fields are not right indicating that there are some reflection from PML boundary on the dielectric side.
Could anyboday help me with seting up the pml boundary for a dielectric please? Thanks in advance!
