return loss of bandpass filter

hi guys..i am not sure of how to measure the return loss of filter using the S11 simulation plot? At the passband frequency range in the S11 plot, there is few ripples. Should we take the minimum value or the maximum value of the ripples to specify the return loss of the filter? Thanks
