about onwafer RF testing calibration

in the probe calibration coefficients table(usually attached to the probe box), the open capacitance is always a negative capacitance like

C-Open (fF) -9.3

L-short (pH) 2.4

L-Term (pH) -3.5


. can anyone explain this? thx.
