High Q inductor in LTCC

What inductor structure will have the high Q in LTCC.

How does capacitance offered by a inductor afect design?

in think in LTCC u can make planer inductor , the capacitance of the inductor , will limit the maximum frequency of operation , of this inductor , coz this capacitance will determine , the self resosnase frequency "SRF" which after this frequency the inductor will act as a capacitor
