Any one familiar with FET:CGY2107,CGY2109 ,FP101,SHF-0189?

Hi dear all,

Have you ever used below FET to design LNA ?

CGY2107,CGY2109 ,FP101,SHF-0189

I want their S2P file with both S parameter and NF parameter.

But unfortunately, I could not find them any way, maybe secret ?

But just like what I said, this S2P doesnot include NF parameter.

Hi, Simply ask the information, if they have they will give and if your a BIG client for them they will even measure it for you. Like they did for me in the past.
