Help me simulate DC offset

if i wanna simu the DC offset, should i simu the DC at first, and then simu .tran to discover the dc voltage of the two output? for example, if the initial dc voltage is 3.8V and 3.75V after making the resistors disbalance, after connect the feedback loop, the dc voltage are both 3.8V, i could say the design can at least cancel 50mV dc offset?

how to simu ?
