how to add pad&wire bonding in the schematic in PA

when i design a pa with spedtre,i can't find the model of pad and wire bonding,can anyone tell me?thank you very much!

You can put the equivalent inductance of the bond-wire and equivalent capacitance of the pad. Sometimes is good to simulate these physical components separate, using an EM simulator.
