DC bypass capacitors need to anttenuate the RF freq of the circuit, but if the resonace freq is not high enough, then at the RF freq, the capacitance is quite different from expected,and the filtering effect is not as ideal. So is the resonance
freq important in filtering the high freq?
for example, in designing a X band PA, the ATC single layer DC bypass capacitor is 100pf,but ESR is only 2640MHz, is it ok for the design?

I think matbe you can not use the capactiors

you are right (is SRF and not ESR that is 2.6GHz).
In fact you can use smaller cap as low as 10pF.

Hello,
I wonder, how you want to a connect single layer cap as bypass respectively what's your assembly technique. I think, if using MW PCB, ATC broadband or ultra-broadband would be better suited, could be also general purpose caps.
