i have read in a web site about a frequency about one channal in my country but i coundnt understand what does it mean

Region 1 (EAST) - Location: Sinandağı - 35° 19'N / 33° 55'E
35° 19'N / 33° 55'E what does this means

and secondly
Region 2 (WEST) - Location: Selvilitepe - 35° 19' N / 33° 20' E
channal UHF 33 200 kW
what does this means i mean which frequency does it work

The channels you mentioned should be explained in your country telecommunication laws. And as i understood you r from turkey or northern cyprus. So search for 'KET Yonetmeligi' and see what channel belongs to frequncy.

Go to Google Maps and simply enter you location latitude and longitude. vfone used 35°19'N, 33°55'E. From there you will need to zoom out a bit to see the location better.
