square loop ring resonator

i qm doing a project in which it is required to construct a square loop ring resonator using microwave office. i am working on the structure but not much has been done unitl now. the stucture is of kind given below. the main problem is connection of the feed lines. pls help asap.

Add on the ends of the feed lines two edge ports (the end of the lines shall be on the edge of the board) and use the entire board as a subcircuit for your main circuit.
