excitation technique to achieve circular polarization inHFSS

I am using L-shaped probe to achieve circular polarzation but when polarization is achieved correctly s-11 is badly hurt.

kindly suggest to achieve both results simultaneously and correctly.target is to get s-11 about -15 dB and axial ratio upto 3 dB.?
