What's wrong with my HFSS model?!

Hey all;
I found an antenna design paper, it includes the design and the results.
I tryed to model the design in HFSS but I am not getting the same results!
I've attached the paper and the HFSS file I've made, I want to know what is the problem with my design.

It's behaving better now, but the radiation pattern is not as it should be!
Hounstly I am confused now of what Zo represents! because when you changed the dimensions of the coax & probe, Zo changed . . I used to think it is fixed on 50 ohm whatever the shape of the port was . .
