Responsibilities:
?？Develop ATE(Automatic Test Equipment) test hardware schematic and test program to support complex NPI test plans.
?？Analyze and implement test solution to improve functionality, yield, repeatability, test time and performance.
?？Perform characterization across process, operating voltage and temperature to support new product release, design marginality, and low yield improvement.
Qualifications:
?？BSEE/MSEE degree with 3+ years ATE test engineer experience in IC design, manufacturing or ATE vendor environment.
?？Proactive, self-disciplined, self-directed, and highly motivated self-starter; good communication & strong team contributor.
?？Knowledge of DFT and mixed signal test methodology is a plus.
?？ATE programming skills is essential. Advantest 93K platform is preferred.
?？Multi tasks and projects management skill is important.

3、有半导体产品量产导入经验，精通CP, FT,SLT测试验证流程
