Provide Technical Support to customers, sales and FAEs for MEMS inertial sensors in horizontal markets.
Develop and implement internal and external training materials plus hardware and software collateral that allows for ease of use and
positive customer experience that creates supplier preference and step/repeat at other customers.
Assist key customers in their design process. Troubleshoot and solve customer technical problems and/or issues during design and mass production.
Assist product line with new product definitions and develop reference designs that include necessary algorithm.
Requirements:
? Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent in work experience. MSEE preferred.
? PCB design experience, test and debug.
? Mixed-signal design capabilities.
? Experience in C, MATLAB, LabView.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills are an essential requirement for this role.
? Ability to understand and clearly articulate the requirements of the customer.
? Good English reading, writing and speaking.
? Be self-motivated with a willingness to learn, good interpersonal skills and technical problem solving skills.
