职责描述
o    Support Qualcomm licensees in handset designs by using QCT chipset solutions which include CDMA2000 (1x, EVDO), UMTS (WCDMA/HSDPA/HSUPA and GSM/GPRS/EDGE) and LTE (TDD/FDD); gain expertise on QCT roadmaps, platform technologies, chipset capabilities and limitations
o    Responsible for creating a bridge between customers and Qualcomm in order to facilitate timely and quality problem resolution of customer products
o    Manage customer product roadmap, features and planning; work closely with the customer on product requirements and project development; align customer schedule and launch plans with QCT roadmap and software schedule
o    Manage customer project during the entire development and deployment cycle; take the lead to coordinate customer design reviews, technical support and training needs and issue resolution with regional and headquarter apps
o    Manage customer technical requirement; maintain a smooth bridge between the customer and QCT engineer teams; coordinate with engineer teams and prioritize customer issues and offer fast responses
o    Coordination of execution of completion of customer requirements on a daily basis; setting up meetings internally and externally and driving these to make sure customer requirements are understood clearly and are being met in the expected amount of time
o    Lead meetings/discussions on key topics with the customers and internal Qualcomm terms
o    Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing to expedite issue resolution and meet customer requirement
o    Provide regular update on customer product development, testing and launch plans to upper management
职位要求
o    Experience: Bachelor (with 10 years working experience) or Master (with 8 years working experience) in the mobile phone Industry
o    Hardware or software experience in mobile or wireless communication design required
o    Knowledge of CDMA/UMTS/LTE terminal architecture and protocol required
o    Demonstrated track record in managing large and complex customer projects
o    Have good cross-functional team communication and management skills. Demonstrate initiative to drive issues to completion and across departments
o    Have superior project management skills with the ability to think strategically and work tactically, with the capability to gain an understanding of the overall program interdependencies, focus and direction, and be able to convey that information in a written and/or verbal is important
o    Must have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be comfortable with multitasking and handling conflicting priorities. Should be assertive and able to drive initiatives and act as process champion in the organization
o    Strong organizational skills
o    Must be able to manage products from the early prototype phase through mass production
o    Knowledge of ECO and CCB process
o    Demonstrated understanding of the NPI development process, life cycles (Concept, Design, Prototype, Production, General Availability and End of Life), and requirements at each stage
o    Experience with Agile software, Oracle, MRP/ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office products (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
o    Excellent English and Chinese oral, written, and presentation skills
o    Frequent customer visit required
