Job Title: Senior/Staff ASIC Integration Engineer
Description:
- SoC integration
- Top-level and pad ring construction
- Reset and clocking design
- work with IP vendor (internal/external) to analyze integration issues
- SoC level synthesis, STA, constraint generation, formal and timing closure
- synthesis and STA flow development and maintenance
- interface to backend team on physical design and timing closure
- chip quality sign-off
- silicon level bringup and debug
Qualifications:
Must have:
- minimum 4+/8+ years of ASIC design or integration experience
- solid working knowledge with front-end ASIC design flow and EDA tools (VCS, NCSIM, Verdi,
Formality/LEC, DC, PT, Spyglass, etc.)
- proficient in Verilog HDL
- familiar with DFT structure, flow and tools
- BSEE degree or above
- good team work spirit
Nice to have:
- familiar with DTV/STB architecture, design, IP and system
- working knowledge in DFT construction and integration
- proficient in C++ and system verilog
