Job Description:
The Application Engineer will be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales technical support for EDA products. His/her responsibilities include:
1.Introduce and promote the products to customer in technical perspective with sales people;
2.Fully understand customer’s issues and questions, resolve promptly either individually or by coordinating with corporate support team or R&D team;
3.Perform customer education program, products evaluation program and sometimes work in customers projects;
4.Work with the sales team to collect and analysis account information on technical point of view.
5.Act as a channel between customer and marketing/R&D team inside our international company chains to have customer requirements reflected and products improved.
The Application Engineer can be described as an account manager in technical side as well as a field expert of specific EDA products line. He/she will work very closely with sales team to accomplish sales plan.
Job Requirements:
1.BSEE with 3 year+ IC design/foundry related experience or equivalent;
2.The individual must have good communication skills, team work and self-motivated spirits;
3.Experience of ASIC/SoC design/verification and/or customer layout experience is strongly preferred;
4.Experience of foundry process development is preferred;
5.Some travel required, but not much.

LZ认为：不过有一个原则是用得起猎头公司的都是好公司好职位
我觉得lz把猎头做成了传销
呵呵
真实情况是，通过猎头去找的职位都是困难的职位，或者要求很高薪水一般（性价比太
低内部没人有兴趣），或者很难做（前任被干掉了），或者风险很大（新开的线内部没
人敢尝试，外边找两炮灰试试）。钱多事少的好岗位早就内部消化、推荐了。
这年头 那有什么钱多事少的职位啊
这种都需要熬到至少经理以上
深有体会，基本是这样子
尤其是经理以上，想通过跳槽找个美差肥差基本没可能
好点的早被自己公司的占了
也不是说没机会，只是看自己能不能碰上了
