Description
Primary duties and responsibilities:
1 Work with HR manager to provide assistance, and follow-up on employee inquiries relating to administrative support, benefits, HR policies, practices and employee benefits.
2 Maintain employee records in HRIS (Oracle HRMS), personnel files and comply with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
3 Support the recruiting activities to fill open requisitions including requisition posting/advertisement, assisting the interview scheduling, work visa/immigration processing and new hire on-boarding process.
4 Support the employee benefits related activities (e.g. health and dental insurance administration and claims, leave time) for worksite.
5 Support employee exit/resignation process including conducting exit interviews.
Requirements - Skills and Experience:
1 Must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of HR experience.
2 Must have worked in the HR departmenet of a mid sized company managing HR activties.
3 Demonstrated administrative skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic business environment.
4 Good communication skills. Basic oral and written English language skill.
5 Ability to operate with minimal supervision and direction.
6 Computer software knowledge required, including MS Office Suite, HRIS (Oracle HRMS preferred)
7Working knowledge of China employment and labor laws.
