查看log文件，提示版本不对啊

试试下面的：
1》windows cmd命令下进入$env(XILINX)\bin\nt（$env(XILINX)表示
xilinx安装的目录）
2》cmd运行下列命令
compxlib -s mti_se -arch all -l all -dir d:\xilinx_libs -w
呵呵，就是不支持，没法编译库文件的。你换6.6吧。
小编都用 ModelSim 10 了啊！
那 ISE 13.1 支持 ModelSim 10 吗?

ISE DS最新的是13.2，测试可以支持modelsim 10.0c
我用的6.5，没啥问题
