rf propagation software

i want to find a good program to calculate the line of sight (LOS) of two radio (uhf-vhf) with or without DTED maps.

You are not the first requestor of such software using terrain maps. The software exists, but the companies that sell them will only talk with commercial companies that install microwave or UHF systems.
