I need very excelent characteristics: output +/- 3dBm, also bandwith about 2Ghz and more.
I'm find that General Microwave( series V6020, V6040, V6080) and STC Microwave Solutions, Arizona (5150, 5151, 5152 and 5153) are potential candidates. I'm waiting for information about price and delivery time.
Any similar manufacturers?
How much price I can expect and is it normal to order one sample per product because I buid prototype now.
