Speed of analog switches can be specified in different regard, speed of switched signals and switching speed. Depending on the application the first or both matters.
A common topology is series/shunt SPDT connection using FETs.

With discrete components you can get about 30dB isolation up to few hundred MHz, depending very much by the PCB layout design.
