Star-rcxt question. About parameter priority in .mapping

hi:

I have encountered a problem. The case is that:

I want to use different .mapping file to configure different corner of the process. However, all the results are the same.

I believe that there are some other different data over-ride .mapping files's sheet resistance and capacitance.

How to resolve the problem? Any options or I had to recompile another .nxtgrd file?
