failed to connect to local pm emx ads

When I run ADS2003A, and got error: "hpads did not run..." after check log file and found following error:

... Failed to connect to local PM EMX

"

Who knows what type of error it is? Pls help.

Check the files in the patch,confirm all *.exe and *.dll files's data are 03-5-22. Don't use the other patch files with data 03-5-24.

Since I use wrong patch files (whic are dated 2003-5-24), now change to 2003-5-22 patch pack, all errors are gone.
