I'm planning to take two courses in Analog RFIC design at "University of south florida, USF".

I will take the courses without seeking a master degree

Althought I am not expert in RFIC,I can't talk more about it.But I think it has a very bright foreground.Everything in RF need compact and light,IC and RF is all good!
