ne3210s01 spice model

I think, nobody can helps You, except the vendor. Contact with NEC to obtain the necessary parameters (but very probably that they don't knows this parameters), or measure this transistor and restore the model yourself.

I don't see this model in the Version 5 library.

I means I got the spice model of NE3210S01 from the datasheet and the model can be used in series 4.
