how to select an emi filter

I have a board with needs to the EMI suppression to data lines. the data clk is 26 Mhz, then how to select a suitable EMI filter according to the filter spec, such as 3db attenuation or cut off freqence? how much is freqence i want to suppress ? What are difference for LC filter , RC filter and Bead for suppression?
